Social Development Department Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her guidance and determination to enhancing South African Social Security Company (SASSA) products and services all through an engagement together with the agency's senior managers in a strategic scheduling session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the various social grant beneficiaries, who excelled from the 2024 matric examinations.
From the 724 156 full-time learners who registered for the National Senior Certification (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, symbolizing 81% in the registered pupils while in the education and learning sector.
